1. Incomplete form will be rejected, It is compulsory to attach a photocopy of mark sheet of previous class and one recent passport size photograph to the admission form.

2. Batch name should be decided by the student at the time of admission. Change of batch will not be acceptable after 7 days of admission.

3. For any change in admission form (like phone number, address, course, etc.), a student has to submit written application signed by parent.

4. The fee once deposited towards a particular course is non refundable to what so ever reason may be.

5. It is responsibility of parent to submit the fee of their ward in time as per schedule given. They should not expect reminders and calls from the centre. They themselves should be concerned equally to pay fees as attending the classes by their wards.

6. EQUALSIGN has right to cancel the admission of a student due to non-payment as per schedule.

7. Parent are equally responsible for their ward’s performance.

8. Parent can meet the centre-in-charge for any enquiry about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only

9. Time to time the institute will also send the progress report to parent.

10. A student who is late by 5 minutes for classes/test, will not be allowed to enter the classroom.

11. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not doing home-work, indiscipline, disturbing, irregular attendance, not responding properly then he/she may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the Incharge in this regard will be final. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.

12. Students are not allowed to carry any digital devices (mobile phones/i-pad/tablet, etc) in the campus. However, if a student carry any digital devices, it should be switched off. Institute has right to cease the device, if caught.

13. If a student is absent without prior information for more than 10 days, he/she may be deemed to be expelled. The decision of the in charge in this regard is final. No fee or part of fees will be refunded.

15. EQUALSIGN may also contact the students and parent through SMS, whatsapp, e-mail and call to give notifications on various updates.
